HANDMADE PRODUCTS: Many products that we sell are made to order and is hand made, slight production difference will occur of course, so slight difference to the photos are inevitable, either in colour or construction. Please bear that in mind. Slight differences will also occur between what you see on the screen, as all monitors display colours slightly differently dependent on your own computer settings, again, please accept that colours may not be exactly as your screen displays them here.
With handmade to order items, unless we have made a mistake in either your order or the manufacturing process, then all sales are final and non returnable, plainly we cannot resell made to order, personalised items.
If we find that an item we have made is faulty in workmanship or materials and has not lasted a reasonable amount of time, we will happily replace it free of charge. Earrings and other personal items such as towels and face masks are non returnable unless found to be faulty, for hygiene reasons.
SEWING and HABERDASHERY PRODUCTS: These products are supplied to us by the best manufacturers around the world, if the item is showing in stock, it should be in stock at our shop in Aberdare, please call ahead if you are making a special trip for a particular product.
Not all of our products in stock are shown on the website, as we have new products arriving all the time, so please call into our shop for the latest stock items.
Your statutory rights as set out in law are not affected by our own warranty on all our items.
Any items returned as 'unwanted' will be subject to a restocking charge.
