Q. Is everything really handmade to order.
Yes, apart from a few items that are not personalised, such as a few jewellery items and some christmas decorations, everything else must be handmade to order, as most are personalised.
Q. How long from when I order to when I get my item.
Most personalised items are handmade in three to five working days, but sometimes we have to get additional materials in, as it is impossible to keep everything for all requirements in stock. So additional production time might be needed, we'll confirm this with you via e-mail, please enquire if you have any special requirements. Once made, we dispatch immediately and UK delivery will usually be within two days of despatch, further afield will take longer of course and should be accounted for when ordering your item. Please don't leave ordering to the last moment to avoid disappointment.
Q. Can I choose different materials or decorations.
Of course you can, most items are made to order and therefore you can choose your materials, colours and decoration. Unless it's physically impossible to make the item in the materials you have chosen, then we can accomodate most requirements, just ask.
Q. I have purchased something, but I have a problem.
We are a small family run company, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, as such we want you to be absolutely delighted with whatever you buy from us, if an item has a problem, please contact us to resolve things. However, we must remind you that personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty, as they can't be resold to others, and jewellery such as earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our own warranty.
