HANDMADE PRODUCTS: Many products that we sell are made to order and is hand made, slight production difference will occur of course, so slight difference to the photos are inevitable, either in colour or construction.
With handmade to order items, unless we have made a mistake in either your order or the manufacturing process, then all sales are final and non returnable, plainly we cannot resell made to order, personalised items.
If we find that an item we have made is faulty in workmanship or materials and has not lasted a reasonable amount of time, we will happily replace it free of charge. Earrings and other personal items such as towels and face masks are non returnable unless found to be faulty, for hygiene reasons.
